Jon Avins’ practice focuses on complex civil litigation in federal and state court. He also has experience representing major United States steel manufacturers in trade litigation before the Department of Commerce and in the federal courts. Jon was an operations economist at the World Bank, serving primarily in the Middle East and North Africa for most of the 1990s.
