Jon Daniels joined Ropes & Gray in 2010 as an associate in the litigation department. Jon has a wide range of experience in government and other regulatory investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, insider trading, financial fraud, and related litigation matters. His enforcement and regulatory work focuses primarily on securities and futures matters before the SEC, CFTC, DOJ, as well as FINRA and the CME. He has also assisted companies regarding compliance with anticorruption laws, U.S. export control and economic sanction regulations, and Dodd-Frank regulations. His clients have included private equity firms, hedge funds, financial service firms, investment managers, public companies, and individual officers and directors.
