Jonathan Judkowitz is a partner in Winston & Strawn LLP’s Houston office whose practice focuses on a variety of finance transactions including: secured and unsecured commercial finance; project finance; first lien/second lien finance; asset‐based lending; structured finance; loan and credit restructurings; acquisition finance; and cross‐border finance.
