a former federal prosecutor, has extensive trial and other litigation experience. He has tried over 40 cases, including jury and bench trials, as well as both domestic and international arbitrations. He has been the first-chair litigator in the majority of these trials, some of which have extended for several weeks or months in duration. He is also a former United States Supreme Court Law Clerk, who has an active appellate practice. He has drafted numerous appellate briefs and argued over 20 cases before federal and state appellate courts. He has been successful in the vast majority of his trials and appeals. He has counseled and negotiated on behalf of numerous corporations involved in various industries. He frequently defends clients in governmental investigations and regulatory matters. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
