Mr. Odell is responsible for CPV's legal, compliance and corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience in electric power and other major infrastructure project development, joint ventures, equity investments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Mr. Odell served as CPV's outside counsel since its inception, and has more than 20 years of private practice experience.
Mr. Odell was a partner at Crowell & Moring, LLP and prior to that a partner at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Mr. Odell received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994 and his undergraduate degree from Cornell College in 1986.
