Jonathan D. Brightbill

He is also an experienced complex commercial litigator who handles bankruptcy, contract, fraudulent conveyance, securities, administrative, and environmental matters. Jonathan has served as trial counsel in significant cases that have received both national and international attention, including coverage in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the Associated Press.
