Jon Eisner concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, including the drafting and construction of wills and trusts; estate and trust administration; and estate, gift and income tax matters.

In 2008, the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service inducted him as a member of its Leadership Circle, in recognition of the significant support he has given the organization. In 1993, the University of Maryland School of Law awarded him the Judge Morton P. Fisher Memorial Prize for the best work in estate and gift taxation and the Edward H. Curlander Prize for the best work in estate planning.
