Jonathan West is a counsel in O'Melveny's Century City office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice. Jonathan’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of studios, production companies, media companies and advertisers in connection with the development, production, distribution and financing of motion pictures, television programs and advertising campaigns. Jonathan also represents a number of individuals in connection with negotiating personal services agreements and employment agreements in the entertainment and publishing industries. In addition, Jonathan frequently counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property matters involving copyright and trademark issues, and has negotiated several intellectual property licensing and joint venture agreements.
