Jon's practice involves the representation of electric and natural gas utility companies primarily before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the appellate courts. He has represented utility clients in matters related to electricity and natural gas trading and marketing and in electric transmission and gas pipeline tariff and rate proceedings. He also has assisted clients with regulatory oversight, investigation and compliance matters, hydroelectric licensing and compliance issues, pipeline certificate matters, and utility asset acquisitions and divestitures. He is a member of the Energy Bar Association.
