Jonathan G. Lichtenstein

Jonathan G. Lichtenstein is resident in the Philadelphia office where he is a member of the Public and Project Finance Department, focusing his practice on public finance and corporate and securities law.

Jonathan has had extensive involvement in tax-exempt financings for municipalities, schools and universities, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care facilities, professional organizations, national charitable organizations, museums and other nonprofit organizations. He has also handled a variety of tax-exempt lease transactions. Outside of public finance, Jonathan has experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, banking and antitrust.

Jonathan received his B.A. in physics, with honors, from Cornell University in 1990. In 1996, he received his law degree magna cum laude from New York University School of Law and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Jonathan was a staff editor and articles editor for the Environmental Law Journal and a recipient of the Sive, Paget & Reisel Environmental Law Journal Award.
