Jonathan L. Corsico is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. Corsico's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, both public and private, domestic and cross border. Mr. Corsico also has significant experience representing clients in connection with shareholder activism, joint ventures, minority investments, banking transactions and general corporate matters. He represents a wide range of clients, including corporations, private equity sponsors, boards of directors and investment banks.

In 2013, Mr. Corsico was selected as a “Rising Star” in mergers and acquisitions by Super Lawyers.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in early 2011, Mr. Corsico was a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for over seven years.

Mr. Corsico received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2003. He received a bachelors of science in electrical engineering from Cornell University in 2000.
