Mr. Gold focuses his practice on debtors’ and creditors’ rights, complex financial restructuring matters and bankruptcy litigation in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia as well as other jurisdictions. Mr. Gold routinely serves as counsel to debtors, official and unofficial creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and purchasers of bankruptcy estate assets. Additionally, he regularly represents parties in bankruptcy litigation including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, disputes concerning executory contracts and unexpired leases and other litigation arising from, or related to, the Bankruptcy Code.
