Jonathan P. Rochwarger

Jonathan Rochwarger is a partner in the New York office of Winston & Strawn LLP who focuses his practice on securities law, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He has broad experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. issuers and underwriters in public and private debt and equity securities offerings, and acquirers and sellers in domestic and cross-border public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Rochwarger regularly counsels public companies and their boards of directors with respect to a wide range of securities (including reporting and disclosure), corporate governance, corporate finance, stock exchange and general corporate matters.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Rochwarger was a staff attorney with the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
