Jonathan Jordan
is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Practice Group in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. Mr. Jordan's practice focuses on representation of commercial debtors and creditors in workouts, restructurings, bankruptcy cases, foreclosure proceedings, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Jordan earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Samford University in 1989. He obtained his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1992, where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class. He has represented parties to foreign insolvency proceedings as well as senior secured and unsecured creditors, and has lectured on foreclosure proceedings under the Uniform Commercial Code and landlord-tenant rights.
Mr. Jordan is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, Atlanta Bar Association, and the State Bars of Georgia and Texas. He is admitted to the courts of the States of Texas and Georgia, the United States District Courts of the Northern District of Georgia and the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lead associate representing Dan River Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of textile products for the home fashions, apparel fabrics and industrial textiles markets, and its affiliates, in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of Georgia
Lead counsel for ETS Payphones, Inc., a national payphone management company, it its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the District of Delaware
