Jonathan Statman is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Statman’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and reexamination.

Mr. Statman is an active member of The Judge Paul R. Michel Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Before receiving his J.D., Mr. Statman worked as a hardware engineer, gaining experience with circuit design and digital systems.

Mr. Statman received his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology. Mr. Statman received his M.S. in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and his B.S. magna cum laude in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
