Jordan Bromley

Jordan Bromley's practice focuses on securing and negotiating a multitude of agreements in the entertainment, art and fashion industries, including content creation agreements (recording, publishing, designer), digital content, production and producing agreements, publishing agreements, catalogue acquisitions, sponsorships and endorsement agreements. Mr. Bromley's client base covers the entertainment and media industries and include established and developing artists, songwriters, producers, bands, independent record labels, digital distribution companies, music publishing companies, apparel companies, management companies, and multi-media fashion and lifestyle companies.

Mr. Bromley is a member and active participant in the firm's Digital Media Practice Group, an innovative new practice group that combines Manatt's deep expertise in entertainment, digital media, advertising, and corporate financing.

Mr. Bromley helped form and develop Golden Mean Management and Red Ghost Music, two cutting edge artist management, marketing and distribution companies. He co-founded the Hip Hop Congress, an international non-profit organization that uses hip hop music and culture to inspire social and civic action among young people. With over 100 chapters, it is the nation's largest hip hop organization.

Mr Bromley is active in his community of Silver Lake, CA, where he invites developing artists to record audio and video in his home studio. He is active in local community projects, including working with the neighborhood council on developing a co-housing project and music festival in Silver Lake.

Mr. Bromley's expertise lies in recognizing talented artists, individuals and companies, helping them set and reach goals, and protecting their interests by rigorously negotiating and drafting the agreements forming the basis of their business relationships.
