Jordan Weiss is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, and a member of the Business Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, partnership disputes, acquisition disputes and pharmaceutical antitrust litigation. Mr. Weiss also has experience representing clients in intellectual property and product liability disputes.

Mr. Weiss has experience representing commercial clients ranging from closely held corporations to Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of disputes. He has successfully litigated commercial, post-closing and “busted deal” disputes in numerous jurisdictions, as well as shareholder derivative actions, partnership disputes and other matters involving allegations of breaches of fiduciary duties and fraud. He has successfully represented clients in ERISA class actions and antitrust class actions and Federal Trade Commission investigations. Mr. Weiss’ products liability experience spans the federal and state courts with a focus on pharmaceutical litigation.
