Jordan M. Rand

Jordan Rand focuses his practice on representing companies and executives in securities litigation, including securities fraud and derivative litigation, SEC and DOJ enforcement actions, and corporate internal investigations. His experience includes conducting investigations related to alleged Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations.

Jordan also has extensive experience managing all phases of electronic discovery (e-discovery).

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
