Joseph A. Kuzneski Jr. is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department. Joe's practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, control and minority investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
