Joseph Agostino

Joseph Agostino concentrates his practice in intellectual property law. Joe prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications with a concentration in the mechanical arts, U.S. and foreign trademark applications, and copyright applications. He has negotiated and drafted various types of agreements relating to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Joe handles various intellectual property disputes, including trademark opposition proceedings, patent and trademark litigation, and domain name disputes. He also negotiates and prepares various business agreements and documents, including confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements and Internet-related agreements.
