Joe Ryan is Chief Executive Officer of Brown Rudnick and Chairman of the Firm’s Management Committee. A senior partner in the Firm’s Litigation & Restructuring Department, he also maintains an active practice representing public and private companies in turnaround and restructuring situations in and out of bankruptcy.

Joe has represented principal parties in the successful reorganization of businesses in a variety of industries, including airline transportation, biotechnology, chemicals, computer services, energy, health care, manufacturing, real estate, retail and telecommunications.
