Joey Silver is a corporate and private equity lawyer with an international practice focused on representing companies and investors with venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.

Joey has extensive experience in serving as outside general counsel to technology and healthcare companies, including providing guidance on structuring and negotiating common and preferred stock investments, joint ventures, public/private and private/private mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
