Joe's litigation practice includes the defense of physicians and healthcare institutions against malpractice claims, as well as the defense of pharmaceutical manufacturers in product liability and mass tort matters.

Joe has represented individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes arising out of commercial transactions and also represents insurance carriers and employee benefit plan administrators in connection with ERISA claims.
