recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2013, serves principally as counsel for large and middle-market private equity/leverage buyout fund clients and their portfolio companies, in connection with leveraged buyout transactions, recapitalizations, mergers, venture capital/growth equity investments, and restructurings. Josh has experience advising clients in a variety of industry sectors, including consumer, retail, telecommunications, media, business services, technology, energy and industrials. Josh also serves as a member of the New York Office’s recruiting committee.
