has a broad corporate practice focused on private equity and leveraged acquisition transactions and public and private financings. He has extensive experience in connection with high yield, bridge and syndicated loan financings, as well as initial public offerings.

The American Lawyer named Joshua Korff one of its 25 "Dealmakers of the Year" in its April 2009 issue. He was chosen for his representation of Clearwire Corporation in the $14.5 billion merger of Clearwire's and Sprint Nextel Corporation's WiMax businesses.
