Josh is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. Josh’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including environmental litigation, financial services litigation, and e-discovery issues. Josh also has experience counseling clients in the consumer products and financial services sectors on regulatory compliance issues and litigation risks.
Josh served as a Volunteer Attorney at the Office of the Federal Public Defender, Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, in 2009. Josh also served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Robert E. Payne, Eastern District of Virginia, in 2008.

Josh’s pro bono practice includes representation of clients in landlord-tenant disputes in General District Court.

Josh is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
