Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law by the Florida Bar, Joshua R. Brown focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. He has handled Patent Infringement cases in the Middle District of Florida, the Eastern District of Texas and other districts. He has handled Trademark Infringement cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida and other districts. He has also handled cases related to copyrights, trade secrets, publicity rights, software development, and other intellectual property and technology. Josh also drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the fields of networking and mobile technologies and counsels clients and other attorneys on issues related to the preservation and discovery of electronically stored information.

Before attending law school, Josh was a Software Developer with BBN Technologies in Cambridge, Massachusetts and a Technology Consultant to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
