Josh Ganz focuses his practice on outsourcing and commercial transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances and mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Ganz regularly assists customers and vendors with strategic outsourcing, systems integration, managed network services, software licensing and support, cloud computing, application service provider and software as a service transactions, technology procurement and distribution, joint venture shared services, electronic commerce arrangements and other similar commercial transactions. Mr. Ganz has also advised clients in negotiating and consummating both buy-side, and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Ganz was recognized as a Georgia "Rising Star" in the area of Technology Transactions in 2014 by Super Lawyers magazine. In 2012, he was recommended by Legal 500 US in the area of Technology/Outsourcing.
