Judith Kline is of counsel in the Employment Law practice and based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims, wage-and-hour claims, equal employment opportunity (EEO) claims, and obtaining court approval of minor's contracts. She regularly defends employers in nationwide class actions, statewide class actions, Department of Labor investigations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission systemic investigations, multi-plaintiff lawsuits, and individual lawsuits. Ms. Kline also counsels employers on a wide range of employment matters, including internal harassment investigations and compliance with California and other wage-and-hour laws. In addition, Ms. Kline has extensive experience in general civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Kline is the former co-chair of the Los Angeles Women's Attorney Group.
