Judith Cohen is Counsel in the New York office of Browne George Ross LLP. Her practice focuses on a wide array of complex civil litigation matters, representing a diverse group of both corporate and individual clients. Judy has a significant amount of experience in all facets of arbitration and has litigated a broad range of sophisticated commercial cases in state and federal courts. She also has substantive experience in many areas, including real estate, trademark, unfair competition, ERISA, and contracts. Judy was involved in the successful action brought by Spiderman creator, Stan Lee, against Marvel Enterprises concerning his profit participation rights under the parties’ agreement.

Judy began her career with Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Sheinfeld and became a partner in 1984. While studying at Boston University School of Law, she was on the Law Review.
