Judson Lobdell has extensive experience in the fields of securities litigation and criminal law, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, SEC enforcement actions, criminal jury trials, DOJ and SEC investigations, and internal investigations. He is a former Assistant United States Attorney who has tried more than 30 cases to juries and argued cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the D.C. Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lobdell is a member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Northern California Chapter. He has written extensively in the area of securities litigation and is the primary author of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s current guide to stockholder derivative litigation and one of two primary authors of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s current guide to merger litigation.

Mr. Lobdell received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1989. He received his B.A., with distinction, from Stanford University in 1985.
