Julia E. Guttman

Julia Guttman defends corporations and corporate officers in white collar criminal investigations and in complex business and regulatory disputes, with a particular emphasis on the defense of lawyers accused of ethical or criminal violations arising from their provision of legal services. Her recent cases have involved a wide range of financial fraud and money laundering allegations, as well as securities fraud, antitrust, insider trading, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
