Chief Legal Officer at LOYAL3, a San Francisco-based investing platform enabling IPO issuers and public companies to distribute their stock at scale to their employees, customers, partners and fans. In my role as Chief Legal Officer, I lead LOYAL3’s Legal function, with oversight over legal and corporate governance matters, as well as advising on business policy matters.

Previously I practiced corporate law at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a leading international law firm, where I was a partner from 1998-2014.

My personal passions are in education, ed-tech and youth development. I am a member of the Board of Trustees of Hamilton College and the Board of Directors of World Savvy, and support a number of other nonprofit organizations including Year Up Bay Area. As a volunteer and mentor, I think that a great day is a day when I help ignite a spark of possibility in another person.
