Prior to starting law school, Julia Weissman worked in music licensing at a Los Angeles record label and at talent powerhouse Creative Artists Agency. While attending law school, she worked in the Death Penalty Clinic where she was involved in capital cases at the trial and appellate levels. She also co-wrote a petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of a death row inmate and client of the clinic.
