Julian N. Stern

Julian Stern is of counsel in the firm’s Business Department and a member of the Technology Companies Group. He focuses his practice on technology and health-related companies. Mr. Stern joined Goodwin Procter in 2008.

Mr. Stern has extensive experience with the licensing of domestic and foreign patents and other proprietary rights by and to technology companies, as well as the exploitation of their technology through joint ventures, corporate partnering, research and development and distribution agreements. He has also been involved in a number of creative financing arrangements for technology clients.
