Julian Park is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins where she is a member of the litigation department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and professional liability, and appellate litigation matters.

Ms. Park was an associate at Latham & Watkins from 2010 - 2011 and rejoined the firm in 2013. Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Park served as a law clerk for the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr., Federal Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her case work included a wide variety of civil and criminal appeals.

Ms. Park also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cormac J. Carney, Federal Judge for the US District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Park received her law degree from Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) where she was a member of the California Law Review and taught the seminar course “Representation of Law in American Fiction.” During law school, Ms. Park externed for the Honorable John T. Noonan, Federal Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Park earned her PhD in English Language & Literature from Yale University where she was a book review editor and editor of the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities. She received her BA, with distinction and honors, and MA in English Language and Literature from Stanford University.
