Ms. Clark is an experienced oil and gas title examination and transactional attorney with extensive knowledge of the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions. Ms. Clark’s experience includes sophisticated landowner royalty, overriding royalty and nonparticipating royalty interests and calculations.
Ms. Clark performs curative work and reviews and drafts various transactional documents, including:
Oil and gas leases, ratifications and extensions
Rights-of-way and easements
Assignments of oil and gas aleases and overriding royalty interest
Purchase and sale agreements
Probating estates to clear title to mineral interests
In addition, Ms. Clark conducts title examination and due diligence investigations related to financing transactions and acquisitions. She also handles litigation and regulatory compliance matters.
