Julie Bentz

is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, where she is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group. Ms. Bentz’s practice focuses on representing lending institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions including agented credit facilities, acquisition financing and note offerings in a variety of industries.

Ms. Bentz graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012, where she was a Dillard Fellow and an executive editor of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law.
