Julie Seidenstein focuses her practice on transactional real estate, real estate finance, and secured, unsecured, structured and project financing for regional and national clients. She represents institutional lenders, finance companies and borrowers with respect to construction and permanent real estate loans for retail, office, hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use properties on a national basis. Julie has extensive experience in counseling tenants, property owners and developers in the sale, acquisition, leasing and development of commercial real estate, and the drafting and negotiation of leases, loan sale agreements, loan documents, legal opinions, and purchase and sale agreements. She has particular expertise in many areas of lending, including traditional balance-sheet loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities, participation and syndication structures, loan modifications and mezzanine financing. Julie also regularly advises clients in general corporate and business matters.
