Ms. Eugenis is counsel in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has experience with all phases of the plan compliance review process from documentation review to correction of operational defects. She also has experience drafting plan documents and advising clients with respect to the ongoing operation of pension and profit sharing plans, ESOPs, 401(k) plans, welfare benefit plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. In addition, Ms. Eugenis has experience with fiduciary issues arising under ERISA and employee benefit issues arising in the context of corporate transactions. She has prepared submissions to the IRS, including determination letter requests, plan correction program filings, and private letter ruling requests.
