Junga is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. She is responsible for cases at the state and federal trial court levels, including multi district litigation, class actions, and coordinated proceedings. Junga devotes much of her litigation practice to complex product liability matters, including mass torts, and claims for unfair business practices under California Business and Professions Code Section 17200 and other similar statutes. She is actively involved in representing a number of major pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer product manufacturers on a full range of issues in product liability litigation, including statute of limitations, the learned intermediary doctrine, and Daubert issues. Junga also has experience handling large scale discovery efforts involving e-discovery issues.
