Justin S. Brooks is an associate at Grant & Eisenhofer focusing his practice on whistleblower claims brought under the False Claims Act and other federal and state statutes, securities litigation, and shareholder derivative litigation on behalf of institutional investor clients as well as complex commercial litigation, class action, and mass tort litigation in the areas of consumer protection, technology, and agricultural law.

Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Mr. Brooks' practice focused primarily on complex commercial, mass tort, bankruptcy, and employment litigation. He also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Suzanne B. Conlon of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During the summer of 2006, he served as an intern to Judge John. E. Sprizzo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York as well as the Hon. Arlen Specter of the U.S. Senate.
