Issac’s practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation and class-action lawsuits involving banks, loan servicers, credit card companies and financial institutions. He has substantial experience handling individual mortgage actions and mortgage class actions, having handled well over one hundred of those cases. He also maintains a complex and general civil litigation practice. Issac practices in both state and federal courts nationwide, and has first and second chaired several jury and non-jury trials.
