Kimberly J. Duplechain

Kimberly J. Duplechain represents employers in employment and labor law matters arising under federal and state laws. She has experience with eDiscovery in complex litigation, including preservation obligations, and developing strategies for efficient data collection, review, and production.

Before joining Littler, Kim was at a federal agency where she litigated employment disputes before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She also represented the agency in several complex ERISA litigation matters before federal district court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Kim advised on eDiscovery matters and was actively involved in procuring and implementing an agency-wide eDiscovery platform. Kim was also a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, Civil Division, where she litigated numerous cases brought against the United States at the federal district court and appellate levels.
