Kristi Singleton is a highly experienced litigator whose practice focuses primarily on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation seeking coverage for environmental liabilities, asbestos bodily injury, directors and officers liability, business interruption, property damage, and subprime auto loan risk default insurance.
Ms. Singleton’s robust profile includes transactional work for corporate clients involving complex contracts, cyber security and negotiation strategies and advantageous positions. She acted as lead negotiator for the nation’s largest government-owned rail transportation company in contract disputes involving over $350,000,000 and as counsel for a U.S. government corporation investigating risk management strategy for a $300,000,000 Superfund Site.
