Kyle Gann is a partner in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Practices. He advises private equity and public company clients in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, divestitures and general corporate matters.
Mr. Gann’s experience crosses a wide array of asset classes, including REITs, infrastructure and the technology sectors.
In his career, Mr. Gann has worked with a number of private equity sponsors, including Apollo Global Management; Avista Capital; Bain Capital; CCMP Capital; Lindsay Goldberg; Macquarie Capital; Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan; and Providence Equity. He has participated in a number of recent, high-profile transactions, including those on behalf of Sensata; Clear Channel in multiple dispositions of its billboard portfolio; NWM’s acquisition of Learnvest; and the launch of Virgin.
