Laura Redstone

Laura Redstone concentrates her practice on commercial property transactions nationwide, including project financing, with more than 20 years’ experience representing developers, borrowers, national financial institutions, private equity firms, and other investors and businesses.

Ms. Redstone handles all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiation of leases. She also handles contracts for purchase and sale, title insurance matters, construction contracts, easements, and documentation for creation of condominium and common interest communities.

Ms. Redstone negotiates and closes complex financing transactions, including portfolio, mezzanine, acquisition, construction, and permanent mortgage loans, as well as loan workouts, for retail, office, industrial, multifamily residential, and single-family residential real estate developments.

In addition, Ms. Redstone also helps clients create and maintain business entities. Her experience encompasses a variety of industries and locales, including multistate registration of vacation ownership projects and acquisition of land for development of wind tower and turbine manufacturing facilities.

Ms. Redstone was an attorney at Ballard Spahr in Denver from 1998 to 2004 and rejoined the firm in 2015.
