Mark A. Hanley

Mark Hanley has practiced labor relations and employment law since 1982. He has extensive experience in litigating class action and single plaintiff suits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). He also handles whistleblower and retaliation claims. In addition, he has also mediated over 2,000 employment disputes.

Mark also spends significant time advising management clients on identifying potential legal issue and resolving day-to-day employment related matters.
