Mark E. McKeen is a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. He has practiced his entire legal career in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on complex commercial and real estate litigation and trial practice, with emphasis in real property law, environmental claims, business torts, trade secrets, unfair competition, Uniform Commercial Code, bankruptcy proceedings, and partnership disputes. He currently serves as the West Coast chair (and National co-chair) of the Real Estate Litigation subgroup of the firm's Complex Litigation group.

Mr. McKeen has substantial experience in the representation of emerging growth technology companies, publicly held companies, and general and limited partnerships, and has litigated federal and state court cases in California, Washington, Texas, New Mexico, Florida, New York, Colorado, Arizona, North Carolina and Puerto Rico.
