Mark Lucas is a partner in Fried Frank's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, resident in the New York office. He was previously Vice President & Associate General Counsel of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. He focused on private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities as well as other principal investments made by Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Lucas was an associate at Fried Frank from 2004 to 2010, during which time he represented private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He also acted as general corporate counsel on issues related to corporate governance and other matters.
